Step into a world of color, imagination, and hands-on creativity every Tuesday, our passionate and innovative art mentor at Support 4 Employment. This dynamic Art & Craft Workshop is part of our NDIS SLES (School Leaver Employment Supports) program—crafted to empower young individuals to express themselves through art, explore new skills, and unlock their creative potential.
✂️ What You’ll Experience:
Inventive Projects – From painting and sculpting to upcycled crafts and mixed media masterpieces, Carmela introduces exciting, out-of-the-box ideas that inspire participants to think creatively and make one-of-a-kind art.
Hands-On Learning – It’s not just about following steps—it’s about experimenting, exploring textures, and discovering what’s possible when your imagination leads the way.
A Confidence-Boosting Journey – As you see your creations come to life, you’ll build self-esteem, fine motor skills, and a real sense of accomplishment.
A Supportive, Social Space – Make new friends, share laughs, and celebrate each other’s work in a welcoming, judgment-free environment where every piece of art is valued.

Support 4 Employment’s art program is designed to meet the needs of people with an interest to create. We aim to use art to engage you through mindful, meditative and creative art projects. Our activities allow you to creative in a stress-free, calm, no pressure environment. Improve your social connection thru art, enhancing wellbeing and enjoyment.
Projects* may include:
- Framed Zentangle style drawing
- Wellbeing/Mindfulness drawing
- Silhouette painting on canvas
- Terracotta vase/pot decorating using acrylic paint
- Mosaic Frame making
- Terracotta Tile decoration using poscas and acrylic paint
*Please note some activities are subject to change
Our program will be funded through core supports from eligible NDIS plan
*A participant contribution for resources and materials will be $20 per session
