A passionate advocate for innovation in disability employment, he champions supported microbusiness initiatives and believes in empowering people with disability to become entrepreneurs. Neil’s blend of commercial flair and fresh thinking continues to open new, participant-focused pathways to meaningful work.
Neil brings a wealth of experience to our leadership team, with a strong background as an NDIS consultant specialising in employment supports. His recent focus has been on navigating changes in the sector, particularly in programs that open doors for young people living with disability to explore meaningful work opportunities.
