My time at Support 4 Employment has been truly life-changing. S4E welcomed me in with a strong sense of inclusion, giving me equal access to all the opportunities I needed to grow. They really honored everyone's rights and individuality, and that respect made a big difference in how I felt. One of the biggest changes for me was building my self-esteem. The team encouraged me to have confidence in my own abilities and helped me foster real independence as I worked on my microbusiness, "Framed by the Journey." They gave me the tools to become more self-reliant and to really believe in my own creative vision. I also formed some amazing connections and meaningful relationships along the way—friendships I know will last a lifetime. The respect and dignity everyone showed each other created a place where I felt empowered to make my own choices and be resilient, even when things were challenging. In the end, S4E didn’t just help me learn skills—they helped me find my voice and my path. They gave me the strength to turn my dreams into reality, and I’ll always be grateful for that journey.
