Hi everyone,
I’m Malcolm — and welcome to my blog. This space is more than just an introduction. It’s the start of my journey — a place where I’ll share what I’m learning, what I enjoy, and how I’m growing through my time at Support 4 Employment.
I’m someone who enjoys being creative, working with people, and trying new things.I love building with LEGO, creating videos, and using social media to express myself. I’m active on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, where I share my ideas and connect with others. On TikTok, I’ve grown my account to over 4,000 followers, which has helped me build confidence and find my voice. But beyond that, I’m someone who just enjoys life — being around people, learning new things, and doing work that makes me happy.
One of my biggest passions is working in a zoo.I love being around animals — especially koalas — and interacting with people at the same time. It’s something that makes me feel good and gives me purpose. For me, it’s not just a job, it’s something I genuinely enjoy and want to keep growing in.I also enjoy:
I like learning by doing — trying things out and improving as I go.

Some of the best parts of my journey have been the simple things — laughing, chatting, and being part of a community where I feel supported.
This blog is something I want to build over time — not just as a place to share, but as a portfolio of my journey.I’ll be using this space to:
This blog will grow with me.
Through this blog, I’ll be sharing things like:
This is my space to be real, creative, and open about my journey.
What keeps me going is simple — doing things that make me happy.I enjoy being around people, learning new things, and creating. I like to keep moving forward, even if things feel challenging sometimes.I’ve learned that you don’t need to have everything figured out — you just need to keep trying.
My goal is to live a happy and meaningful life.I want to:
And most importantly — I want to help make the world a happier place, even in small ways.
If you’re reading this and you’re on your own journey — just know that it’s okay to take things one step at a time. You don’t need to be perfect.
You don’t need to have all the answers.Just start.
Try new things.
Be yourself. That’s what I’m doing — and this blog is part of that journey.
