  • Supporting Your Transition from School to Employment
Empowering Young People with Disability to Succeed in the Workforce
At Support 4 Employment, we specialize in helping school leavers with disability take confident steps toward meaningful and sustainable employment. Our programs are built on inclusive values and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities young people face as they transition from school to the workplace.
One of our most impactful initiatives is our newly accredited NDIS Supports in Employment — a specialized program designed to equip participants with the skills, experience, and support needed to enter the workforce and thrive.
What We Offer: Tailored, Goal-Oriented Support
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Our experienced and compassionate team works closely with each participant to develop a comprehensive Individualised Person-Centred Employment Plan (IPCEP). This plan serves as your personal roadmap, outlining your strengths, interests, and goals — and mapping out the step-by-step pathway to your first job and beyond.
Your IPCEP may include:
  • Career exploration and goal setting
  • Support to develop job-related skills
  • Workplace readiness training
  • Assistance finding work experience or internships
  • On-the-job support once employed
Building Skills for the Real World
Our employment readiness programs are designed to build not just job-specific skills, but also the confidence and independence needed to succeed in the workplace. These programs include training in:
  • Communication and teamwork
  • Time management and problem solving
  • Resume writing and interview preparation
  • Understanding workplace expectations
  • Travel and safety skills for work environments
By learning in supportive, small-group environments or through one-on-one sessions, participants receive targeted support that matches their pace and learning style. Every aspect of our training is focused on preparing individuals for real jobs with real pay in inclusive workplaces.
