Our experienced and compassionate team works closely with each participant to develop a comprehensive Individualised Person-Centred Employment Plan (IPCEP). This plan serves as your personal roadmap, outlining your strengths, interests, and goals — and mapping out the step-by-step pathway to your first job and beyond.
Your IPCEP may include:
