Amanda is an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator with a background in specialist education. She supports participants and their families to navigate the NDIS, access essential supports, and build independence. Passionate about empowering young adults with disabilities, Amanda brings warmth, knowledge, and dedication to every plan she helps bring to life.

Amanda brings over 12 years of combined experience working within the disability sector. She began her journey supporting families in a specialist school setting, where she spent 7 years helping parents and carers navigate the complexities of accessing the NDIS.

For the past 5+ years, Amanda has worked as an NDIS Support Coordinator, connecting participants and their families with the services, supports, and community resources that help them get the most out of their plans. Her approach is person-centred, strengths-based, and focused on building long-term capacity and independence.

Amanda has a particular passion for working with young adults with disabilities, empowering them to pursue their goals and create fulfilling career pathways. Her deep understanding of both family dynamics and formal support systems makes her a trusted ally for those she supports.
