With over 20 years of experience in IT and electronics, he now brings his expertise to Support for Employment as a Technology & Digital Skills Instructor. Dallas teaches young adults how to build PCs, explore emerging tech like VR and AI, and build confidence in navigating the digital world. His mission: make tech simple, exciting, and a gateway to future careers.

Dallas is the owner of Mouse in the House, a trusted PC tech support business operating since 2000. With over two decades of hands-on experience, he has worked with a broad range of clients — from everyday families to business professionals — solving technical challenges and promoting the use of technology in practical, empowering ways.

His training specialties include electronics, PC building, networking, and internet systems — including website design, e-commerce, social media, and managing a professional online presence. He stays ahead of the curve by integrating emerging technologies like 3D printing, Virtual Reality, and Artificial Intelligence into his lessons.
