Combining strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a passion for inclusion, she empowers participants to build skills, explore career paths, and thrive in meaningful employment.

Raj Rattan is a dedicated and results-driven Program Coordinator at Support 4 Employment, bringing over two years of hands-on experience designing and delivering programs that help participants step confidently into the workforce. Her work is highly interactive, tailored to individual needs, and focused on building skills that lead to long-term success.

With formal education in Engineering and Business Managament, Raj began her career in the corporate sector, where she spent more than a decade managing successful businesses. As Manager at Kellyco Group, she honed her expertise in training, coordination, and leadership — skills she now channels into creating inclusive, impactful programs for young people living with disability.

Motivated by a desire to make a real difference, Raj transitioned from corporate management to the disability employment sector, bringing her strategic thinking, organisational skills, and technical expertise to the forefront. At Support 4 Employment, she has developed programs that prepare participants for real-world opportunities — whether that’s landing their first job, exploring career pathways, or building the workplace confidence needed to thrive.

Raj’s passion lies in creating life-changing opportunities. She believes in empowering every participant to recognise their strengths, embrace their potential, and succeed not just in work, but in life.
