      Podcasting & Editing Program

      Find Your Voice. Share Your Story. Build Skills for a Creative Future. Have a story to tell? A passion for communication? Or want to build digital media and editing skills in a supportive, creative environment? The Podcasting & Editing Program at Support 4 Employment offers NDIS participants a unique opportunity to learn the art of podcasting while building confidence, digital literacy, and communication skills.

      Kitchen Program

The Cooking, Baking & Commercial Kitchen Program at Support 4 Employment is your gateway into the delicious and dynamic world of culinary arts.

      Certificate I and II in Work Education

      At Support 4 Employment, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive in the workforce. That’s why we’re proud to offer Certificate I & II in Work Education, nationally accredited qualifications specifically designed for individuals with intellectual disabilities or cognitive impairments who are ready to take the next step toward employment. These programs provide a structured, supportive learning environment where participants can develop confidence, gain practical experience, and explore real vocational pathways tailored to their interests and abilities.

      Media & IT Development Program

      Create, Code, and Communicate — Empower Your Digital Future Step into the fast-paced world of media and technology with the Media & IT Development Program at Support 4 Employment. Designed for individuals who are ready to explore creative and technical digital skills, this hands-on program opens doors to exciting pathways in digital content creation, web development, and media production — no matter your starting point.

      Work Experience Placement

      At Support 4 Employment, we offer meaningful Work Experience Placements for young people with disabilities participating in the School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) program under the NDIS. Our placements are tailored to help participants explore real-world work environments, build practical skills, and gain the confidence needed to transition into employment. As a not-for-profit organisation, we partner with inclusive businesses across a range of industries to ensure each participant receives hands-on experience that aligns with their interests and employment goals. Our dedicated team provides on-site support, mentoring, and training to ensure a successful and empowering experience for every participant.
