At Support 4 Employment (S4E), we understand that independence doesn't happen overnight — it grows step by step, with the right support. That’s where the S4E Life Skills Program comes in.
Designed for young people aged 15–24 living with disability, this program builds the practical skills, self-confidence, and daily routines needed for independent living and future employment — all in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment.
Whether your young person is preparing to move out, step into work, or simply become more self-reliant, our Life Skills Program meets them where they are — and walks beside them as they grow.
